Thanks for all the well wishes. Yesterday was my Dads birthday. We also celebrated Christmas since he got out of the hospital on Thursday. I would tell all about his horrible experience but honestly I'm exhausted by it. I'll sum it up... After not eating for four days and after being told many different things he needed done that didn't get done he got released.

He definitely needs the surgery. He needs an MRI first. The MRI should be done in the beginning of the week and hopefully then the surgery will be soon after.

The hospital he went to was horrible. It was even worse because of the holidays. If he has another attack he definitely won't be going to that hospital again. He has been doing ok since he got home. He's been eating things that are easy on the stomache and so far there hasn't been another attack. Hopefully it stays that way.

I thought that was something they would do surgery for immediately? Wow, that sucks. Hope it all turns out alright.

Definitely, Dad is in our prayers. So sorry you're going through all this, sweetie.

Sending him home because it's the holiday, when he needs surgery??? Definitely, let's find another hospital!!

Dani, I tagged you for a Christmas post, but you don't need to do it. You've got enough on your mind right now!!!

Love to you and Dad, and wishes for a better New Year!!!
