Last night I had a great time at name that tune as usual. Our team only got third. It was rigged though... we definitely should have gotten first (or tied for first). I think we win too often though so they have to space out us winning. It was a good time as usual though so I'm not complaining about being third.. too much.

Today is a beautiful day so I'm heading out with a friend to a park for some tanning and male watching. Maybe I'll have some pictures to share when I get home.

For the first time ever I called 911. Leaving the bar there was a guy that was so drunk he couldn't even stand properly. We watched him get into his car to drive. I said fuck that and called the cops. I really hope they got him.

I don't have a whole lot to say today. My brain is foggy from the late night (got to bed at about 4am). Hopefully I'll have more to add later.

I hope they got him too, hon. Good for you - you definitely did the right thing. I don't understand how people could be so stupid as to drink and drive. I just don't get it.

Yep...good call on your part. If someone's that shit-faced and they try to drive they deserve what they get.

Glad you had fun last night, even with the 3rd place finish.

I just hope he was caught.

Well the man watching didn't go so well. The tanning did though.

Soon my friend and I are off to a patio to have a drink and hang out in the sun. She is over at my house and decided to take a quick shower (after tanning she feels all sweaty) and I have music playing. Suddenly I hear this weir noise.. its like dogs howling at my door or something. So I turn off my music and realize that was her 'singing' in the bathroom!! LMAO of course she was purposely singing bad but LMAO that she sounded like dogs howling at my door!

Dani - I'm so glad you called 911 on that idiot. That's definitely the responsible thing to do.

Oh, and how'd ya do with the smoking? I hope you didn't start again, but I know it's hard...

That was definetly the right call to make. People that drink like that have NO business driving. Besides themselves, they can hurt other innocent people as well. You Go Girl!

I didn't last dirty gypsy.. *sigh* but I am trying again. I will keep trying until I succeed!

Thanks lawbrat! Thats exactly what I was thinking about. The innocent people that might get hurt because he decided to get behind the wheel.

Good for you Dani!!! I almost called the cops for the same reason on Friday. There was some kind of party at the bar across from where I work all afternoon. I saw one chick literally heaving her guts out in one of the parking lots. As I was moving my car, I saw her friend helping her get into her car. For a minute, I thought they were putting her in the driver seat. However, when I turned around and looked, they were helping her in the passenger seat (I was looking at it through my rearview). *whew*

It was good sense on your part Dani. Folks that drunk know sense of proper judgement. Someone should've called him a cab before he got as far as he did.

Only once did I ever call 911. Things ended a little embarrassingly.

It would have been better had there been any guys worth watching. Unfortunately there were mostly families there.

It was still a very good day. I had a blast hanging out with Olya and then having a couple more friends meet up with us for supper.

It's a short enough story, I'll just tell it here.

One night when I was 14, I thought the neighbor's drapes were on fire. I called 911 and they sent two fire trucks screaming into my neighborhood. It turns out that the neighbors had a barbeque grill going. I was at an angle where the grill's lid blocked my view of the flames. I saw the flames reflected in their window and thought the flames were inside the window.

In case you're wondering, 911 dispatchers do not have a sense of humor.

Shitty that he got away. Funny that you freaked out your friend.

Now thats funny Digi. However I believe in calling 911 first (if you think there is a need) and asking questions later. So 'I' think you did the right thing lol

My sister accidently called 911 when we were kids. I had to get on the phone and explain what happened. My brother had 911 programmed into the speed dial and when she picked up his phone she hit the button. Hung up when she realized what happened. Of course they called back. I got a nice long lecture from them on why not to dial 911 unless necessary.

Yeah.. I don't even like a narc but he guy was so drunk he could barely even stand. When its a case of him driving and killing someone or me possibly stopping that by getting him stopped. I'd rather be the narc.

Glad I'm still ok in your books ;) welcome.
